Jammu And Kashmir Man Charged For Delivering Hate Speech: Cops
A man, who allegedly delivered a hate speech during a protest against former BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma's, was booked under the Public Safety Act (PSA) in Jammu and Kashmir's Doda, police said.
